昂瑞微電子旗下OM6651A——第二顆車規(guī)級低功耗藍(lán)牙芯片，成功通過涵蓋機(jī)械應(yīng)力、溫濕度循環(huán)等7大類共41項極限測試，斬獲賽寶實驗室頒發(fā)的AEC Q-100 Grade1認(rèn)證（-40~125℃）。這顆采用3x2.7x0.5mm極薄LGA封裝的芯片，以超低功耗與越級穩(wěn)定性突破國產(chǎn)車規(guī)級芯片性能邊界，確保在極寒、高溫等極端工況下依然穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，重新定義車載無線連接的技術(shù)標(biāo)桿。

OM6651A 是一款功率優(yōu)化的片上系統(tǒng)（SOC）解決方案，適用于藍(lán)牙低功耗（Bluetooth Low Energy）和專有 2.4GHz 頻段應(yīng)用場景。其核心集成特性如下：

集成高性能、低功耗的射頻（RF）收發(fā)器，同時包含藍(lán)牙基帶與豐富的外設(shè) IO 擴(kuò)展接口。

內(nèi)置電源管理單元（PMU），可實現(xiàn)高效的電源管理，降低整體功耗。

性能標(biāo)桿：搭載ARM Cortex M4內(nèi)核（64MHz主頻），配備80KB SRAM+1MB Flash，其高性能射頻收發(fā)機(jī)可支持無線BMS大規(guī)模組網(wǎng)應(yīng)用場景的超低延遲數(shù)據(jù)處理。

能效革命：峰值功耗僅4.2mA@0dBm（發(fā)射）/3.4mA@1Mbps（接收），在胎壓監(jiān)測應(yīng)用中可匹配輪胎全生命周期使用需求。-98dBm超高靈敏接收與8dBm強(qiáng)發(fā)射功率，確保復(fù)雜車載環(huán)境下的信號穿透力。
